The most important thing
The motto is vacation, i.e. you don’t need to bring anything with you. The bed is freshly made on arrival. Towels and tea towels are also provided.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or baking.
There is a parking lot available on our property.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
If your booked period is longer than 14 days, the total amount is due at the time of booking. This is because the apartment is often booked or blocked well in advance, then canceled at short notice and you as a guest may not find accommodation.
No, smoking is not permitted in the vacation apartment, this also applies to e-cigarettes!
No, a crib is not available.
- Cats are not allowed.
- If you bring a dog, this is only possible after consultation by telephone.
No, the final cleaning is included in the price.
WiFi access is available free of charge.
No, unfortunately we do not have a bread roll service.
The apartment is located on the main street in the village.
The apartment is on the first floor, but there are two steps down and another one up at the front door, so I don’t think the apartment is suitable for a wheelchair.

Check-In und Check-out
- Check in is from 15:00.
- Check out is at 10:00 am.
This is only possible by prior arrangement. If there is a subsequent booking, the checkout cannot be postponed.
- Later check in (late check in): This is only possible by prior arrangement
You can arrive by car or use public transportation such as bus or cab.
During the stay
- This depends on what you would like to eat. We will soon publish a page with the restaurants and bars in the area.
This is approx. 100 m from the accommodation.
The apartment has a double bed and is therefore suitable for two people.
Usually there is always someone there to let you into the apartment, in an emergency we also have an outdoor safe where the key can be deposited.

Yes of course you can cook here, there is a full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and also a coffee machine.
Waste is divided into residual waste, paper and plastics.
As our guests, we expect you to treat the accommodation with respect and leave it as you found it.
This can happen to anyone. It is important that you contact us in good time so that we can repair the damage for the next guest.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. Please let us know when you make your booking.
A relative or acquaintance has spontaneously announced that they will be visiting you for the weekend? If you are traveling alone, then there is still room for your guest in the double bed, if you have rented the accommodation as a couple, there is unfortunately no room for a third person.
We want to offer all guests the same standard of a cleaned apartment, which is why we do the cleaning ourselves.
Due to the fact that the shower is in the bathtub, we unfortunately cannot offer a chair that would stand safely in this place.
Yes, there is a washing machine in the bathroom which can be used at any time, the washing powder is available on request.
Everything about the booking
It is always possible that you will receive an invoice if you have booked directly through us. If you have booked e.g. via Booking.com or another platform, you will receive the invoice via the respective portal.
That’s no problem, you give us the exact company details and we will create the corresponding invoice.
During your stay, we can hand over the invoice to you personally, or you can provide us with your or your company’s e-mail address and we will send it directly to the relevant address by e-mail.
